Canswer Hive: My Most Memorable Random Act Of Kindness

THIS IS THE CANSWER HIVE.  TIPS AND INSIGHTS SHARED DIRECTLY FROM RETHINK’S YOUNG WOMEN’S NETWORK (RYWN)

If you’ve ever been treated to an unexpected free coffee in the drive through or had your parking fee paid by someone with leftover time, you’ll know that the smallest acts of kindness can truly brighten someone’s day. Now add a cancer diagnosis and that feeling is even more amplified when it’s needed the most.

Whether one is in active treatment and feeling sick from chemo or sore from surgeries, a meal dropped off or a quick check-in text can really make someone feel loved and less isolated in an otherwise lonely experience.

So, in the true spirit of this season of giving, here are just a few of the random acts of kindness experienced from our Canwser Hive and the heartwarming responses to them.
