Movement is becoming a bigger part of Rethink’s next era
Because moving our bodies can make a meaningful difference to health and wellbeing. Regular physical activity is linked to a lower risk of developing breast cancer and can help people feel and function better during and after treatment. Research also shows that being active after a breast cancer diagnosis is associated with a lower risk of recurrence and dying from breast cancer.
For the first time, we’re making room to move.
Join us Saturday mornings at The Rethink Pop-Up House.
We’ve lined up a standout group of instructors to lead a mix of Pilates, strength, mobility and dance classes. Some strong and sweaty, others slower and more supportive, but all designed to get us moving together.
Location:📍 390 Dupont St, Toronto, ON M5R 1V9
