Find Community

Community has been an important part of Rethink since day one! And while there are many ways building community can look like, we wanted to share a few top ways to build community with Rethink:

The Rethink Network private Facebook group

Are you navigating breast cancer and looking to connect with others in a safe and private space? You’ve come to the right placeJoin The Rethink Network. It’s a safe space to ask all your questions, vent, get advice, etc. in a virtual room of other breasties across all stages and diagnoses.

Storytelling

Storytelling helps build connection and community. It’s what helps us learn, advocate, release and heal. It’s what reminds us that we’re not alone.

From navigating a new diagnosis, to making decisions about fertility, to breast surgery and reconstruction, to the impact of breast cancer on caregivers, to living with MBC, to mental health to sex and body image, and so much more, we continue to hear and see how impactful, helpful, empowering and healing it can be to share a story and listen to someone else’s. It’s a foundational part of what makes Rethink, Rethink. Through storytelling, we are rethinking breast cancer.

So, do you want to share a part of your story? Write about an aspect of breast cancer that has been on your mind? We’d love to hear from you! Let us know what you’ve been thinking about using this form. And if you want to write, but don’t know where to begin, we’re here to help you every step of the way — don’t hesitate to reach out anyway.
