FAQ

How does the program help?

By putting Rethink’s resources and programming, which are offered free of charge for the community, on the radar of your health care team, you’re drastically increasing the chances that other people like you find support in a timely way.

I want to get involved, but don’t know who to reach out to on my team! Who should I contact?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a standard answer to this question that applies to all cancer clinics. However, we can say that nurses, patient navigators, social workers, and clinic coordinators are a great place to start.

My care team already knows about Rethink, should I participate?

That’s great that your team already knows about Rethink. It’s still a good idea to share our PDF with them as it’s likely our programs and resources have grown since they’ve last checked in. Also, you can always share the Adopt-a-Hospital program with a breastie so they can  help spread the word as well! The more people involved the better!
