Practicing gratitude is so in right now. We hear about it from wellness influencers to our doctors to family members at the dinner table asking, “What are you grateful for today?” You might be rolling your eyes at this but some people really find it helpful to change negative thoughts into positive ones. Our Canswer Hive have a lot to be frustrated about; going through cancer treatments during a pandemic, lasting side effects, the simple fact that they’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer, and so on. So when we asked them if they had a gratitude practice we were surprised that so many of them did. Here’s what they had to say:
